Overview

The operating at massive global scale, the goal was to completely modernize the experience for a deeply loyal, power-user customer base without breaking their daily workflows. The overhaul resolved critical performance bottlenecks, streamlined multi-studio management, and upgraded a data-dense interface. It replaced an aging frontend architecture with a scalable, modern design system while introducing advanced event-level funnels and integrated A/B testing capabilities.

The challange

The legacy platform suffered from slow dashboard load times, fragmented game and studio management, and a rigid UI that hindered deep data exploration for long-time power users. Navigating across complex account structures felt clunky, and the visual hierarchy made extracting key game insights slower than it should be. The primary objective was to transform this core experience into an agile, intuitive platform capable of handling data-dense analytics efficiently at scale.
